Balance ECM, jamming too good, dampening so so, rest too weak. Painting is NOT ECM. Damage affects handling but not mods aka dead men run slow.
2. Instas Limit creation of "spot" instas to within 6 AU from celestial object (where artificial object doesn't qualify as one but roids do). Limit number of "spot" instas one can have on per system basis. All warpable-to statinary objects can be bookmarked. Remove Warp to 0 unless warping to gang member.
3. Scanning Introduce system radars (POS mod with high CPU req, 3 sizes=ranges, sov needed). Accuracy of these is based on standing of scanned ship. Same for probes. Radar + 6 AU probe = 0 deviation for -10.
4. Interface Stand-alone drone and gang interfaces. User defined hotkeys for drone and new gang commands. Allow us to turn off alphanumeric keys focusing chat (Enter key does it) and to map them to actions. More mapable actions. Redo windows, too much space wasted. Modal=bad.
5. Comms Replace local with constellation chat. Silence=stealth. No count info. Closeable. Constellation soverign's comm officers and above can set up MOTD. Enforcing voice comm channel structure based on fleet structure=bad. Make it separate proggy that communicates with Eve via UDP.
6. Science & Industry T2 BPOs do not exist. Allow market trading of BPCs. Careful with that axe when it comes to Invention numbers. BPCs can be copied with severe penalties, exponential degradation. Runs copy over unaffected. Decrease copy times for T2s. More slots for mobile labs; introduce large one if you must. Redo POS prod interface (2D objects of various shapes you can move around and interconnect).
7. Belts and mining Random limited amount of higher ores spawning in low sec. Random composition of belts period. No named ores but each roid has random composition based on ore type and system sec. Bring scanner. Transport drones: cargo -> mining can, 5 meds at lvl5=1000m3/min.
8. Missions Dump agent quality. System security is only factor. Big factor. Like huge. 0.1 lvl3 should be comparable with 0.8 lvl4 except in LPs. Team missions of all levels, can't get it solo. Rewards reflect gang size. Looting mechanics, rolling. Lvl5s. Some missions are insult to their level.
9. Corporations NPC corp membership is limited to starter corps. Booted/disbanded go there. Tax categories based on time spent there. First 6 months is free. Shares market, divisional wallets, jobs (not contracts, jobs). NPC->corp standing benefits (office rent fees, 5 research slots for +9)
10. Station/planetary game Separate game, both servers share some data (market, industry, science, chat). Eve avatars can join but are limited to social aspect.
